Melissa's Madness shipping times will be dictated by the carrier. All products are shipped from their creation site in northwest Montana. Due to the remote creation location, it typically takes a little extra time for shipping in or out of the area. Please keep this, as well as our current lead time, in mind when placing an order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered upon checkout. Melissa's Madness will ship to the address as it has been submitted by the customer and accepts no responsibility for address entries made in error, which could result in an order being delivered to an incorrect address.
